What is a Gun Barista?Its all very good being able to make a great coffee. Given enough time your average barista is able to produce quality cups consistently for their customers.
More and more people falling in love with the drug divine, consumers are looking for barista's that are fast too. Droves and droves of people hit up the coffee hotspots expecting speed and quality. But there are only so many professionals that can keep as they are bombarded with orders. We recognise these guys as the Gun Barista's.

This a invitation for you to become a fellow of the Iron Barista Group, we need you to help fight the weak and thin the " why did i bother cup". We are having a Gun Barista competition and general discussion re how to compete, how to relate to your equipement and any other issues.

Because AASCA isnt being involved due to the short notice and to keep face with the event organiser I have put this comp on. So The aasca flag will still be waved at the event.
